NK Beer Rye and Cheese

Smelled so good. Beer, rye and cheese.














3 C bread flour

1 C rye flour

1/2 C WW

1/2 C cocoa

1 T molasses

1 t yeast

2 t salt

2 1/2 C beer

little bit of water maybe 1/8 C

2 t caraway seed

1/2 pound cubed swiss cheese

If you don't like bitter cocoa flavor, add 1/4 C sugar. May have an effect on the rise time.
















First rise 20 hours

Second rise 2 hours

25 + 25 min, 5 qt Lodge @ 440°
